We have recently identified that a website named "Her Majesty" (https://www.hermajestyhk.com) has, without any authorization, knowledge, or consent from AHHK, displayed the logo of Adventist Medical Center (AMC) and implied an affiliation, partnership, or collaboration with AMC.
We hereby make the following statements:
1. *No Authorization*
AHHK has never authorized the above-mentioned website or any related individuals or organizations to use the name, logo, medical staff information, or any content of AMC for promotional or marketing purposes.
2. *No Affiliation*
AMC has no affiliation, partnership, referral arrangement, or any form of relationship with the said website, its operators, or any services, products, or information it provides or claims to provide.
All content on the said website does not represent the professional opinions or positions of AMC or our medical professionals.
AHHK takes any unauthorized use of the name, logo, or the misrepresentation of our affiliated centers for promotional or other purposes very seriously. We reserve the right to take all necessary legal actions in this regard.
