Terms and Conditions:

1. The effective date is from now until 31 December 2026.
2. This Program is only applicable to Private Wealth and Wealth Management customers of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited (“BOCHK”) (“Eligible Customer”).
3. Customers may be asked to verify their identity as Eligible Customers by showing BOCHK ATM card or BOCHK Mobile Banking App page at the request of the Merchant prior to enjoying the offers.
4. Eligible Customers must pay the service(s) by using BOC Credit Cards, BOC UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Cards, BOC Co-branded Cards issued in Hong Kong bearing the BOC logo, or BOC MasterCard® Debit Card.
5. This Program is only applicable to cash / electronic payment / credit card / medical voucher, and not applicable to insurance claims / direct settlement.
6. Discounts given cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and/or special discounts.
7. This Program is suitable for women aged 40 or above, or following directions after consulting a doctor.
8. All packages and services shall be valid for a period of twelve (12) months commencing from the date of purchase. All service appointments must be scheduled in advance.
9. All fees are net and shall be payable by the Eligible Person directly to the relevant Service Centers at the time the services are rendered.
10. No refund shall be made in the event that the Eligible Person fails to utilise or misses any service component within the validity period.
11. All packages and services are non-transferable. 
12. Hong Kong Adventist Medical Center reserves the right to update the fee schedule, brochure, terms and conditions. Any change of fee schedule will be announced and notices will be published in advance, in accordance with the statutory notice period. Any other changes except the fee schedule may be made at any time as it sees fit without prior notice, you are advised to check the latest information before using our services.
