Important Information
- The effective date is from now until 31 December 2026.
- This Program is only applicable to Private Wealth and Wealth Management customer of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited (“BOCHK”) (“Eligible Customer”).
- Customers may be asked to verify the identity as Eligible Customer by showing BOCHK ATM card or BOCHK Mobile Banking App page at the request of the Merchant prior to enjoy the offers.
- Eligible Customers must pay the service(s) by using BOC Credit Cards, BOC UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Cards and BOC Co-branded Cards issued in Hong Kong bearing the BOC logo or BOC MasterCard® Debit Card.
- Customers who purchase health check-up packages can enjoy 20% discount on specified additional test items when booked or processed on the same day.
- Full-process private premium health check-up service - applicable to Premium Health Check-up Plan (registration, examination, blood draw, doctor consultation, etc. are all conducted in independent VIP rooms).
- All packages and services shall be valid for a period of twelve (12) months commencing from the date of purchase. All service appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- All fees are net and shall be payable by the Eligible Person directly to the relevant Service Centers at the time the services are rendered.
- No refund shall be made in the event that the Eligible Person fails to utilise or misses any service component within the validity period.
- All packages and services are non-transferable.
- Subject to the clinical judgment and decision of the attending medical professionals, the Services Centre(s) may be unable to provide the Programme to the Eligible Person based on his/her medical condition.
- For CarePlus Services, only injectable influenza vaccine is provided, with the brand subject to stock availability and determined solely by the Service Center. No refund or compensation is given if the vaccine is not available or vaccination falls outside the seasonal period. The Service Center may refuse to offer the CarePlus Services if the Eligible Person’s health condition renders participation unsuitable.
- For Traditional Chinese Medicine Service: Sanfu Moxibustion is only available during the designated seasonal period. If the Eligibie Person does not book the moxibustion appointment within the designated period, the service is deemed forfeited and no refund or alternative arrangement will be provided.
- Traditional Chinese Medicine and CarePlus services must be booked and completed within one (1) year from the date of purchase. Failure to utilize the services within this period will result in automatic forfeiture of all entitlements, and no refund, extension, or compensation will be provided.
- CarePlus services require the purchase of a Health Assessment Package and cannot be purchased separately or on a standalone basis.
- Hong Kong Adventist Medical Center reserves the right to update the fee schedule, brochure, terms and conditions. Any change of fee schedule will be announced and notices will be published in advance, in accordance with the statutory notice period. Any other changes except the fee schedule may be made at any time as it sees fit without prior notice, you are advised to check the latest information before using our services.
