- High School Diploma or above
- Work experience in customer service and clerical support is preferable
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Word Processing
- Proficient in both spoken and written English & Cantonese, good command in Mandarin will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong administration and time management skills
- Detail oriented, positive attitude, self-motivated to be able to Work independently and as part of a team
